You can report a lost or stolen card by calling our customer service hotline.

In case you have just misplaced your card, you can also call us to place a temporary block on it until it’s safely back in your hands. Or, you can go do it online.
- Select ‘Report a lost or stolen card’.
- Enter your log on details.
- Select ‘Manage your account’ then click on ‘My card controls’ to place a temporary block on your card.
