What to do if you suspect a scam or fraud
If you're a victim of a scam or your bank details have been compromised, or if you're simply worried about fraud on your account:
- Please call HSBC at (+612) 9005 8220 and press '*' followed by '1', or
- Visit the nearest HSBC branch.
What happens once you have contacted HSBC regarding a suspected scam or fraud?
- For HSBC Credit and Debit Cards: Your transaction dispute will be lodged and a dedicated Card Dispute Officer will be assigned to manage your case through to resolution in accordance with the Visa or MasterCard process. For more information, please visit the following pages:
